Protected game access

Choose the BEAR space you want to test.

Groundwork and Scaffold are separate protected game environments. If you have a bespoke access link, paste it below. If not, request one and I will send the correct link for the game you need.

Groundwork

Core walkthrough

Use Groundwork for the focused scenario run-through: role choices, live pillar effects, cascading consequences, and a structured after-action review.

  • Best for first-time testers and guided demonstrations.
  • Shows the core BEAR decision logic in a contained format.
  • Requires a Groundwork-specific protected access link.

Scaffold

Advanced portfolio

Use Scaffold for the larger decision lab: separate games, role budgets, shock-specific rounds, direction-of-travel analysis, and a deeper final review.

  • Best for testing trade-offs across response horizons.
  • Separates immediate response, resilience, and development logic.
  • Requires a Scaffold-specific protected access link.

Groundwork and Scaffold use separate protected links, so please use the one that matches your test track.

If a link has expired or opens the wrong game, request a fresh one and mention whether you need Groundwork or Scaffold. Existing bespoke links still work through their original protected routes.
